'Animal pump' from universal nutrition is insanely awesome.

If you dont want the energy boost just take out the red pill.

You will get results, I promise.

A lot of options out there and CrM/CEE are only getting cheaper. Along with Animal Pump, there are other brands out there that are very decent, some of which include:

- Primaforce CEE
- BSN NO-Xplode
- Controlled Labs Green Bulge
- Designer Supps Replenish
- Dymatize Xpand
- Ergopharm Cell-Fuel
- SAN Fierce
- VPX CEX

Creatine has been out long enough now that it would appear to be safe. I haven't read anything where people are having serious medical problems associated with its use.

I used creatine back about 5 years now, gained 50 lbs on my bench press almost overnight, never took anything before or since. I didn't think anything of it at the time (health wise) My hands and arms would get numb very easily so I stopped, the results were kind of amazing , considering how I had been stuck at a max bench of 350 for ten years.

I am 39 now and it seems very easy to slip out of shape ...I go from being very fit to mush in 2 weeks if I lay off, I am very critical , but this is unacceptable.

not sure about texas...but in ohio, you always hear about a kid passing out during football practice or game... creatine dehydrates your body way to fast... kids dont understand that they have to take in 100+ ounces of water a day

friend of mine use to work in the ER, he's told me stories of what creatine has done to some of these kids

I use to take creatine... my bench jumped to up 285... that stuff is amazing - but not natural

Actually, creatine is natural. The body naturally produces creatine to supply energy to our muscles.

Unlike steroids or drugs, creatine is 100 % natural and occurs naturally in many foods including meat, tuna, and salmon.

Yes, correct. And NO2 isnt anything but argenine really. That is why I reccomended 'animal pump' which has both.

Just follow the instructions and drink plenty of water no matter which one you choose.

You will just urinate out anything your body doesnt use. Same way your body would with Vitamin C or something.

that is true... however from what doctors have told me... when you stop taking creatine, your body stops producing it... He told me alot more, but I honestly dont remember it all... all I know is that it fucks up your heart

steak, potatoes, and salad seemed to have worked good for me... not sure why these high school kids wanna risk taking supplements anyways :think2:

Yea, the young guys should stay natural. Everybody wants quick results though. Being natural and dieting takes more years for the desired results.

That's a crock of shit! I have yet to read ONE study that mentioned this. From Pubmed to Medical Science publications, there is anecdotal feedback EVERYWHERE that contradicts this statement. I'm NOT blaming you, but just stating the facts. Texasfan is correct in his statements.

People are ignorant when it comes to supplements. From ephedra-based thermogenics to CrM, people do NOT know what to do, that is a fact. They see the special "8-page reports" of MuscleTech in the magazines where Cutler takes Cell-Tech and suddenly, everyone is on them, though it isn't the best choice. There will ALWAYS be a kid passing out because said kid did not take necessary precautions such as drinking 2 gallons of water daily. Want to reduce the bloat? Get some CEE.

I believe that if you want to lift some weights all you really need is some quality protein powder, quality mutivitamin, and diet correctly. Creatine is a plus. Of course taking additional supplements is dependent on your bank account and will speed up the muscle building process.

Anything in extreme can be harmful to the body.

true dat texas... a good diet can help you long term even after your gym days. there are too many guys trying to be meat heads these days...I dont understand the obsessions with having 3% body fat on you...unless your a bodybuilder - if thats what guys need to get laid, then I feel sorry for them.

all I take really is a protein shake with just ice and water... Its the Champion Nutrient stuff, it taste's pretty good

what supplements do you take tex?

Kind of tough to get it all down with 9 pills in each pack.

But I think I'm going to stop using the 'red pill' which isnt anything more than a ton of caffiene.

I take it a half hour on a empty stomache before I hit the gym like it says too. Stuff works.

A good creatine to take to not get bloated and put on a bunch of water weight is Creatine Clear(FSI makes it). I know a lot of female college athletes take this one b/c they obviously don't want to gain a lot of weight, but they still want to gain strength.

I just started taking this recently and have had good results.
